The statement
That is the whole product: one number, checked against live taste evidence, before the signature — not after the show.
How it works

Qloo evidence
Taste evidence for the headliner, the opener shortlist and the city audience. The overlap below is the whole idea: the opener must share the headliner's audience.

Tags, audience bands and affinity for the artist you entered — resolved first, never guessed.
describe · entity_tagsCandidates from fans of the headliner, ranked for the city audience — with a miss ledger when the three arms disagree (Gut: LLM alone; Web: LLM + Wikidata facts; Graph: the Qloo-grounded pick).
recommend · rankMatched areas and overlap between headliner and opener — aggregate signals, never a headcount.

Three of the seven receipts from the recorded Billie Eilish / New York trial. Hashes are SHA-256 of the call arguments, shown truncated — the full hash travels in the downloadable proof pack. Qloo returns no requestId on this path, so it is shown as “—”, never invented.

The money math
The verdict is arithmetic, not a prediction. The formula is on the page, with a checker you can run yourself in the app.
Guarantee $250,000 ÷ Ticket $120 = 2,084 tickets
$250,000 ÷ $120 = 2,083.33 — rounded up: 2,084
Optional venue, production, marketing, and other fixed costs are added only when entered, and an entered sponsor offset is subtracted. A blank field is not entered. The recorded trials entered none of these fields, so the count above stays 2,084 tickets.
If break-even exceeds a known capacity, the verdict is “Cannot break even in this room at this guarantee.” If Ticketmaster returns a room record with no capacity field, the page says: “Venue capacity unknown — Ticketmaster returned no capacity for this room. Break-even is shown as tickets needed, not as a sellout percentage. Verify room size before signing.” Other unknown causes render their own sentences (key not configured, or Ticketmaster unavailable). Never a made-up number, never a sellout percentage on unknown ground.
Illustrative arithmetic on the recorded trial. Being wrong by 100 tickets = $12,000 of guarantee exposure (100 × 120 = 12,000). That 100-ticket gap is hypothetical — not a measured outcome, not a real loss, and not a prediction.
Recorded trials · not live
Three recorded trials against live Qloo data. Labeled recorded, with the Graph pick and the race beside it — never presented as live. Trials 1 and 2 share the same guarantee and ticket price, so the same arithmetic gives the same count.
Typical verdict time: 26.2–40.1 seconds, measured across the 3 recorded trials, 29 Oct 2026.

The dashboard — polished
One sidebar, five destinations. The form sits on top, the number is the page, the evidence sits under it — each block one idea, generous air between them. This is a picture of the app shell; the destinations link to the real app sections. The dashboard card shows a different recorded Billie Eilish / New York run from Trial 1: LLM picks vary between runs, while the Qloo-grounded Graph pick is Olivia Rodrigo in both.

The real app takes an offer — artist, city, guarantee, ticket price — and returns a break-even verdict with receipted Qloo evidence beside it, plus a workspace to save and compare offers.
Static record of the 29 Oct 2026 trial — not a live verdict.
This landing section itself runs no verdict and makes no verdict call. The phone shows only the static record below — the same numbers already stated on this page. It is not the app, it runs no verdict, and nothing inside it can be tapped as if it were live.
A picture of a verdict looks like a verdict, and this page refuses to show one that nobody ran. So the phone shows a clearly labelled record of a trial that did run — 29 Oct 2026 — and nothing else. For a live verdict on your own offer, use “Try the live demo” or the Android app.
Android APK via GitHub Release. Live verdicts run in the app — this landing page never runs a verdict.
PWA note: OfferSheet is installable as an app — installing adds it to your home screen. Offline, the app shows its honest offline page with no number and no stale result; /api/* calls are network-only.
